Rationale

Getting the customer to do what the Salesman wants is often not an easy task. Sometimes the salesman tends to exhaust all he knows in selling and still has not achieved his objective. This is where the concept of Persuasion comes in and not everyone knows how this can be done. Our experienced Faculty will teach participants in this programme how best to do this to ensure that expected results are obtained and even surpassed, not just once but consistently.

They will also be imbued with the critical ability to influence the different types of customers, internally and externally with the understanding that unless they are successful with their internal customers they will never be effective with those out there in the market.
